- You need 1/4 of paprika powder.
- You need 5-6 spoons of Nutella spread.

- FOR SESAME VANILLA COOKIES:-.
- Take a bowl. Add butter, sugar and elaichi powder and mix it slowly. Add maida slowly while mixing. Make a crumble dough..
- Then, make two parts of dough. In one part, add baking powder and mix it. Then keep adding milk slowly in dough while mixing it. Keep it aside..
- In second part, add baking powder and red color and mix it. Keep adding milk slowly in dough while mixing. Then roll this dough like roti by putting it on parchment paper or plastic bag. Make small circle shape cookies by shape cutter(you can give shape as per your choice)..
- Then, make a layer of this shapes by applying water between each shape so that it can stick together. Press it a little and cover it and put in freeze for 30 mns. It will look like a hard rock after freezing..
- Now take the first part dough. Apply this dough uniformly around the circle shape dough so that it covers it perfectly. Roll it on parchment or butter paper so that it edges are also covered and cracks are sealed if any. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on it..
- Refrigerate for another 30mns before cutting. Slice it for about 1/2 cms of thickness. Put the pieces on a plate and put it in a pre heated kadhai. Pre heat the kadhai for 7-8 mns..
- Cook the cookies on low flame for 20mns or till the edges become golden..
- Serve it after cooling it at room temperature..
- FOR SPICY NUTELLA COOKIES:-.
- In a bowl, add softened butter, sugar and vanilla essence and mix it well. Then add milk and mix it or beat it well till it gets perfect texture..
- Now take maida and baking powder and seive it. Then add this in the butter mixture. Add chocolate chips, cinnamon powder and paprika powder. Then refrigerate for 30 mns by covering it..
- Till then, scoop 1 spoon nutella like 5 times and freeze for min 30 mns. Froze it well..
- Insert frozen nutella in the centre of cookie dough. Then roll the cookie nnd flatten it a little bit. Repeat the process..
- Top it up with some chocolate chips and put it in a plate in pre heated kadhai. (Baking process same as previous cookie).
- Cook it on low flame for 20 mns. Serve it after cooling it on room temperature..
